Marine Ross Gunlach reunited with his bomb detection dog

I was invited to cover a very special event at the Iowa State Capitol. Marine Ross Gunlach was reunited with his bomb detection dog, Casey, from Afghanistan. As a surprise, the Governor retired Casey so that Ross can take him home. Together, they performed 150 missions and Ross credits Casey for their safe return home.

My friends from Paws and Effect were also there to witness this special event.
