If there’s one place I’d like to revisit from my trip, it would be the schoolhouse in Loma, Montana. It’s a real pretty area with lots of small rolling hills. But this particular day was cloudy, gray, and not a lot of color. There was a slight chance that the sun would dip below the clouds. So I waited… and waited… annnndddddd waited. And when it finally drop down, it didn’t give me the color I was hoping for. Oh well! Someday, I’d like to go back and get the sunset shot I had pictured in my mind.
I’ve been asked before what do I do when I’m waiting to take a shot. Well, in this case, I found myself cursing at the sun, yelling at the clouds, second guessing my shots, and swear I’d buy a second camera body. And when that’s all said and done, you make a short film to pass the time. I call it: “High Crime Area”. Enjoy!
