Diarrhea... Not the most pleasant thing to talk about. Let alone trying to spell it (thanks auto correct). However my client, PanTheryx, developed a product called DiaResQ and created a campaign that I think we all could relate too. You know... those situations where "The Downtown Push Down" happens at the worst possible moment. DiaResQ is a drug free relief product for both adults and children to help alleviate the symptoms of diarrhea. So when PanTheryx reached out to me to create the photography for the campaign called "Life on the Runs", I couldn't wait to get started.
I assembled a rock star team of freelancers starting with my producer, Trista deSousa. Ian McKee for all the photo compositing and retouching. Jenece Amella of Styles by Jenece for makeup and wardrobe. Nicole Dominic for props. Blu Hartkopp for being my first assistant on set. And Travis Pahler as production assistant. I couldn't have done it without them and their craft.
It took us about 4 months of planning, casting, photographing, and retouching to come up with the fun imagery the client was looking for. And as I look back on the successful production, I’m just thankful there wasn’t a “Code Brown” on set!
Here are a few behind the scenes videos and photos of the production. Part of the fun was asking the talent to give me their best “Poop Face”.
