Denver’s 1st Friday, 1st Place and Best in Show

It’s been a tough year for call to entries. From not being invited, too being put on waiting lists. Just hoping that someone backs out of a show to get invited. But… there had been a few highlights too. Including being displayed at the Indianapolis International Airport. And now, “The Barn Out Back” showing at the Gallery at Studio J for the month of August. Just in time for Denver’s First Friday Art Walk on Santa Fe. It’s where all the galleries stay open late the first friday of every month and crowds from all over come to enjoy the art, food, and music.

So with that, I’m pleased to announce that on Friday night, “The Barn Out Back” took first place in the category of Landscape. And I’m thrilled! If you’re in the area, stop by the Gallery at Studio J. They are at 742 Santa Fe Drive, Denver. Hours are Wed – Fri 12-6 and Sat 12-5.
