Thanks to my friends Bill and Marlene, I now have a new, favorite, secret location 30 stories up in the air in downtown Denver. Just don’t look down, keep your valuables secured, and you should be fine. 🙂 Colorado fireworks were few and far between this year due to the devastating wildfires we’ve had. Between the statewide ban on the explosives and most towns canceling their shows, that left places like Elitch Gardens and Sports Authority Field to carry out the 4th of July celebrations. Even those shows were pretty tame compared to years past. But, its understandable considering our fire danger. The first photo is an overall view of my vantage point.
